Good Morning LL! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Thank you Elsa! Tess threw us a PJ party last night. I just hope she doesn't go skyrocketing again afterwards. That 45 was a bit earlier than I would have expected it.

I'm whacked after the drive yesterday and helping at my DS's hose on Friday, so BTB. We also have to go over to see if DN has managed to keep Izzy in. My other dear niece and nephew needed to get things done, I think to put the last months behind them, and have cleared the house pretty much already. I think that is why the cat was freaking out. I don't know why the rush, just, to keep busy I guess. Poor Mike is left in a stripped down house.

WCR All 5 Ps, Clean Plate Club, Vines to all the kittehs in need of them and hugs to all their beans.

Wow, that is some AMPS! Tess, you surf that nice and even, ok? I hope your btb goes well, Ann. Sounds like an exhausting weekend. I don't blame Izzy for freaking out, with her bean not there and all her stuff going away :sad: Is she going home with DN? Still sending hugs to you on your loss :YMHUG:

Time to head to the Surfing Club practice, Tess. Beautiful start. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: Beautiful night too, just too bad it was at night. :roll: :lol: I'm sure the kids want to get the house cleaned out so they can be done. That was about the hardest thing I've ever done, clean out my parents house and there were about 20 people working on it. Hugs to you, Ann.

WOW, what a recovery from the "ugly" floors. Sure was a nice surf last night. Bummer though on the Pj party.

I am sure on the kids wanting to get the house clean, and wrapped up. I had to do that with my mom's place too. I did it as soon as I could, just to keep busy. all that commotion had to have had an effect on Izzy. It will be good when you get get her to a calm environment as she learns to adjust.

Have a restful day today. And Tess: surf well, swim the lagoon, safely. :mrgreen:

What a morning. On the way out the door to go get Izzy, we tested Tess, 49, fed her some 7% and honey. Izzy cried all the way home and pped in the carrier which I was holding :shock: .
i took Izzy into her room to get her settled while John tested Tess, 36! ohmygod_smile Fortunate she cooperated and ate. Emma has been sniffing the door and the carrier (outside to be cleaned). Fortunately DN t-shirt and one blankie seemed OK so she will have some scents from home. She's hiding under the rocking chair, so we left food (her kibble and some canned) and decided to let her settle in on her own. She is used to going out all day, but I'll keep her in until a) she is more settled in and b) she and Emma get along.

I never did get to go BTB, I need it!

OMG, Tess, you don't need to go scuba diving just to get your beans' attention away from Izzy! They have plenty of love for you, too! Come on up like a good girl. Green is a good color, but jealousy does not become you!

Hope she lets you get some rest, Ann. Sounds like you've had a really stressful time.

11% gravy and honey! Sheesh cat , I get it , you want a reduction tonight! ohmygod_smile The last 2 test were actually about quarter after the hour, running out of subject room.

:oops: :oops: I went out to see Izzy and fell asleep in the chair. Izzy's on top of the bookcase I think I need to jsut leave her fo a while.

Good luck with Izzy. I can imagine she is scared, alot,. Been quite a few days for her too. She will need some time to settle. When I adopted to new ones from a friend, they were seniors and set in their ways, I too gave them their own space, and would visit them throughout the day, leaving them alone most of the time so they could get used to their new home. When I visited I just talked to them, a few pets when they let me. It's great that you could bring home a few of DS things, with her scent. it will help her I am sure. I will smile slightly at the pee on the carrier. That was so Mannie. I am sure she was just scared. With Mannie he was making a statement. Good luck, I will be thinking of you guys! Welcome to your new home Izzy.

We decided to skip tonight, Tess is just not coming up after an hour of stalling. So the shed has a chance to drain and we won't be off schedule tomorrow.

Last seen Izzy was still on top of the bookcase and Emma was at the kitchen door. :shock: The wind blew the garage door open and the silly thing came looking for more fuds! :roll: Michelle, think part of the pee problem was John's choice of twisty route home to avoid the traffic jam from the flea market every Sunday! :lol: :lol:

Oh goodness what a day! As if you haven't had enough stressful days lately. Good idea to skip.

I hope Izzy will start settling in and come off the bookcase. Poor sweetie....so many changes for her. She doesn't know yet what a great home she has come to. I hope she and Emma will become fast friends.

A year ago you had one cat. Now three :smile:
