Good morning LL!

Happy furry purry guy with all 5 p's. It was a fast weekend again. Tarragon got to meet Mason's new girlfriend and loved her. She has been approved. Lots of cuddles and snuggles all weekend for anyone who would give them.

Charlie is taking a lot of our time right now trying to get him back to himself. We aren't sure what is going on, but it appears that it isn't physical. He always sits in our front room and looks out the window. He seems scared of that room now so something must have spooked him. It would be so much easier if they could just talk. His BW came back good other than he still has shredded red blood cells, same thing from June. However, they went down from +.4 in June to +.1 now. In June, we had an ultrasound done to rule out tumors on his liver and spleen. Shredded red blood cells are usually an indicator of cancer. There is something going on, but the only thing we could do now is wait, do a full body scan or do exploratory surgery. We have chosen to wait, especially since the count has gone down.

Hope you all have a great day! I will try to get to condos but am still stuck in year end he&$ for the next three weeks. Know that I am thinking about all of you.

It's always a good think when a kitty approves of someone....I think cats probably have the best judge of character out of anyone! I hope you figure out what happened with Charlie...poor guy. I remember years ago a hand towel had fallen into Mario's water dish. I don't know if he was drinking from it when the towel fell or what, but he was afraid of the water bowl for quite some time after that. I hate that sometimes communication with our furkids is so challenging!

Yes, cats know. Excellent judges of people.

Vines for Charlie. Wish they could tell us what's bothering them. I know my Will is afraid of the kitchen whenever I do any cooking. And he gets antsy when there's woodsmoke in the air. He hides in the bedroom. But he was 8 when he came here and came that way so it's not a new behavior. Just makes me wonder what scared him.

Continued good vines for Charlie. I so wish they could tell us what is up. I'd wait and see on the scan and the surgery too.

I'm not surprised that T. approves of Mason's girlfriend. After all, she's Mason's girlfriend and Mason surely wouldn't have a girlfriend who didn't care for cats and dogs.

Poor Charlie. He must have seen something out the window that scared him or spooked him. Rusty doesn't like to go into our guest room. A couple of times when he went in there he came galloping out. Stu used to sleep there at night on the futon and I think his spirit pervades the room.

Hugs and scritches, and lots of vines for Charlie to snap out of whatever it is,

I'm glad Tarragon is doing well. I hope Charlie gets better soon. It is frustrating not being able to talk to our furkids. One day one of my cats was just terrified of plastic bags for no apparent reason. I have no idea what happened. She is still scared of them.
 
I'm also glad that Mr. T is doing better. I hope that his count continues to improve, and that the cells become whole again very soon. The body has a miraculous way of healing itself. I hope, also, that Charlie improves, as well. Sending you all tons of healing vines, and positive thoughts. :bighug:

Good to hear that notheing is worse w/ Charlie's blood work, but so frustrating not to know why he is acting like he is.
