Morning LL,

1/8 thread

WCR Sara is doing good. She's still cooperating with her #'s while my attention is on Denny the new addition. She still thinks the cube is cool and spends a lot of time napping in it. Once she had her head hanging out one of the holes in the cube. Cute. :smile:

I still go back and forth on this is just the way it's going to be. :cry: If I take him out he goes, but when he's here alone, he will poop/urinate/or scent. He even will do it while I'm home if my attention is off him for a min. At least I know the places that he does this. I have them covered with a pee pad and towel. I have urine off and saturate [and let sit] the area. I just don't know if it's ever going to happen. :shock:

This is kinda how I feel.

Today I am home because we are having a blizzard. We already have about 14" of snow. Needless to say the animals do not want any part of it.

Hi Jan,
Sorry to hear that Denny is still causing stress. I hope he will get straightened out soon. Have you considered using a large crate? My niece found this helpful with her dog. He liked his crate, enjoyed spending time in it, and did not mess it up. (Of course I realize that Denny was a show dog and was kept crated a lot of the time; but maybe he misses the crate?)
Snow day for you, huh? I'll bet it's fine by the woodstove with all of your fur family.
Sara and Rusty have almost the same AMPS this morning.

HI guys .. nice amps! I like hearing that sara is doing well .. Sorry to hear about the problems with denny .. never had a dog so not sure what advice to give .. I hope it get's all worked out for you .. Ella's idea seems like a good one ... have a great day guys!

I think I am with Ella on crate training him while you are gone at least that way he cannot mark while you are gone something to think about anyway......

nice on the numbers! Miss Sara - you are looking might fine this evening. :-D

Sorry that you are still having issues with Denny. How frustrating it must be. A friend of mine ended up going the large crate route with her dog, due to similar issues. It's worked out for them. I keep hoping that Denny will come around.
 
Missed your condo today. I see Sara loves her cube! Wish Maverick gave his new cubes more than a look when he walks by. Liked them the first day and nothing since.

Good luck with the drooler. The pee pads on the chairs are smart.
