Why is it hard to trust cats? They have many tall tails.

Well, Squeaky is a trip. This morning, he wouldn't play, and he wouldn't eat. Yesterday, he ate the high carb food in the morning while I was out -- some of it, enough -- but he only had baby food in the evening and overnight.

I get the feeling he is trying to manipulate to get more high carb food but it's not going to work.

I have to go out again today, but he's high enough he wouldn't be in danger of dropping below 50 I believe if he doesn't eat.

Cats. Why is it hard to trust cats? They have many tall tails.

EDIT: Silly cat. I tried hand feeding him some of the cooked beef (round) and he wouldn't eat it until I ate a few pieces..... and chewed loudly. Then he started eating! What a goofball!

Cheers,
Jan

i think they all have a secret board where they share tips on how to do just this.
i won't say that kit is a master at it, but she sure is in training.
have a great day.

Yes. The other thing is, he's totally bored. He just doesn't have much in life besides me sticking needles in him these days....

Wish I could find a way to stimulate him. He really enjoyed the hotel room, actually, after about 3 days but hey, hotels cost a lot.

Fun story...we bought a new kitchen garbage can that came in a large cardboard Amazon box...best present ever, according to Cosmo and Jasper :p They played in it, on it and around it for hours :cat:

I second the cardboard box. :p Not as luxurious as a hotel room, but maybe you could deck one out to make for a nice cat cave? Hope you're having a good one, Jan!
Silly kitty. I hope he continues to eat today.

He perked up a bit this afternoon. Hey I had an idea. I might make some kind of "kitty room" up in my loft out of ladders and tables with blankets over them, and something for him to climb, etc. He could have some fun and it wouldn't cost anything. Just like how we made forts when we were kids..... I could hide treats and put catnip up there...... And move everything around the next time he goes up there.....
