It is another snowy and icy day down south in Atlanta. We may be snowed in until at least Thursday because it may not get any warmer than it is now. I have another day off from work. The only problem is that I wasn't thinking that we would be snowed in for so long and I didn't stock up on testing strips. I only have a few more left. I am going to call the pharmacy that is about 1 1/2 miles from my home and see if they are open and have the strips I use. My DH and I may take a walk over there later in the day to stock up since the roads are even worse than yesterday to drive on. Other than that, things are good here. Simon is happy we are home and has been very snuggly. All P's in place. Have a wonderful day!

A perfect 100 for Simon this morning.
It is funny how 4 inches of snow can shut down a state that is not used to getting snow.
I hope you can get your strips.

hi, guys! I was in Los Angeles the winter that they got an inch & a half of snow...pure bedlam!
snow removal equipment non existent there..

stay warm!

I was able to pick up more testing strips at the CVS. We walked to the store and you wouldn't believe the idiots out there trying to drive on the icy roads. We are not the smartest drivers down here when it comes to snow and ice. The walk was invigorating and on the way back, a nice guy with all terrain tires drove us home. Simon has plenty of testing strips now so even if we get stuck inside for another 2 days, things will be fine.

Simon is looking great!!!!! I couldn't imagine driving on ice with summer tires. I'd rather walk lol. Nice of someone to give you a ride home.

I love when people do something considerate just because they can!

I'm envious of the days off. We've had at least 5 inches of snow today and it's just business as usual.

Wow...Simon is rocking this dose!!! Hope you got out but stayed warm....can't imagine Atlanta being snowbound!
