AMPS-97,+2.5-132,+7.5-132,+9-168

Another blessedly quiet night in Ozyland. Ozy feels great this morning. We are now on the schedule we think we want to be on, so that is good. It will be less confusing and easier to keep track of feedings and bupe doses. Ozy was more than ready to eat this morning but he had to wait because we pushed the schedule forward last night.

So, here we are on 5.25 units and the sun is out a little and life is good.

update @AM+9- Ozy spent most of the day sleeping. I gave him bupe earlier than usual.

update @PM+6- Really feeling bad; bupe again

update @PM+10 - Feeling great. And his BG is much more reasonable.

you have sun!? i don't know what happened to that major storm that was supposed to hit during the night last night, but all is calm here this morning.

Ozy looks fabulous this morning! dancing_cat dancing_cat dancing_cat

Re: 1/11 Ozy AMPS-97

Thanks, Julie. Yes, we have a bit of sun. We call it a sunny day if the sun comes out AT ALL. They say the storm is in a lull and will start again later this morning.

And, yes, Ozy looks GREAT this morning. So pleased.

Donaleen - So happy to see Ozy doing so well. Keep them greens coming Ozy boy!

Re: 1/11 Ozy AMPS-97,+2.5-132

Good afternoon Donaleen. It's great to see you are getting some sleep and figuring out what tests you need at night for Ozy on Lev. Ozy continues to look great! Life always seems a little better when there is sunshine involved and our cats are feeling good. :-D :-D We started the day out sunny but the storm has moved in now. Time to brew some ~O) to stay warm and cozy. Maybe with a cat on a lap.

Re: 1/11 Ozy AMPS-97,+2.5-132

So this cracks me up because Ozy (yesterday) had a perfect example of a Gracie cycle. When she's not suffering from the seasonal January doldrums, she has a nice green day, and then up into blue at night.....highest is around +5 to +8 and then back down. A super sleeping cycle for all of us. I have yet to figure out why unless it is just a bouncette. It will be interesting to see what Ozy does tonight. The other interesting thing is Neko was having the same kind of cycles only flip flopped (poor Wendy).

Looking at his SS just makes me so :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Hi, Sandy, Laura, Wendy, Carla and Marje... thanks for stopping by. The sunshine didn't last. We waited too long and it was pouring when we tried to go for a walk. Definitely not the usual Portland mist, which is fine to walk in. Also quite windy. But a cozy day with quilting and fun. I don't believe Ozy has been feeling so great, especially as the day has worn on. Mostly sleeping, the escaping kind of sleep.

Re: 1/11 Ozy PMPS-184

Hi Donallen,
I'm sorry Ozy isn't feeling his best this evening, but his number still looks pretty good.
I hope he slides down and feels better soon.

Re: 1/11 Ozy PMPS-184

maybe if you waved the box with the R in it over his head and told him you were thinking about it, he'd come back down into greens. ;-) :-D

in the meantime, enjoy sleeping! we had huge winds coming through about 5pm - i saw an entire limb fall off one of our oak trees in the backyard. there's debris everywhere, but at least we still have power.

Re: 1/11 Ozy PMPS-184

could it be pain?

Re: 1/11 Ozy PMPS-184,+6-378,+10-178

Hi Mariko, Julie, Marje and Sandy. Thanks for your good wishes for Ozy. I was pretty upset when I saw the 378 in the middle of the night. He was feeling pretty bad then. I buped him and four hours later he is feeling great and his glucose is down to 178. I guess the 378 could have been a bad reading but he WAS feeling pretty darn bad.
