I'm so confused by this AMPS?! I wonder if by measuring last night with calipers I gave him more than I usually would. I increased this morning with a fat 2.25.

He probably went lower last night thanks to the additional downward momentum that comes from breaking a bounce. This could very well be his nadir.

Hi Christina, I doubt you gave Kitty Cat too much with the calipers. In my experience with the BD syringes I have been using, the printed "zero" line would sometimes be far off from the plastic bumper where the plunger actually stops, by as much as a half a unit, so if I anything I would expect that you were giving more insulin without the calipers rather than less. Once he stops bouncing hopefully you will be able to see more consistency with his numbers now that you're using them. :bighug:

you were right! He's on the way up but not too bad
Will definitely be using calipers from now on. I did find that some were 0.5u off!
