Good numbers for Zoozey today! And if the amount of chasing his sister he's done today is any indicator, I think he feels great.
And I FINALLY feel like a human being again, so I can start being a productive person again.
Zoozey and I were accepted to DCIN this week, so that's an enormous relief. My only concern now is paying for their food with my significantly reduced income. I'm feeding them Wellness Turkey or Chicken pate. It's pricey, but it's cheapest food I could find that works for all three cats. They all eat each other's food and separating them for feeding in my apartment isn't a viable option because of my floor plan and Molly's tendency to dart through closed doors the second they open. Pepper is overweight and he has to have a certain number of calories every day (440), Molly is perfect, and Zoozey needs high protein and low carbs. I pondered buying a more inexpensive food, but after consulting Dr. Lisa's chart, I realized that I would have to buy more of it in order to satisfy Pepper's caloric needs, so I wouldn't be saving any money in the end. It was so much easier when they ate dry food, but now I know better! And all three of them are healthier for it. What I need to do is learn to budget my money better so that I can get this food for them.

The good news is that late last night I was tentatively given a third class at my university. If it makes (and it's only four students away from making!), I'll be able to keep my health insurance, and I'll be making enough money to pay most of my bills and feed myself and the cats. Keep your fingers crossed! It's not a for sure thing yet so I'm trying not to get my hopes too high.
