Hi all,

Yoshi had his usual dose of Lantus this am. Just want to confirm that I can switch to lev tonight...my vet prescribed me a vial. I’m going to get it now. My stomach is in knots!!

Ignore the 1 unit. Been there, done that mistake. Try 5.25 units. If you can, I would try to get your first test around +3/+4 which is typical onset. Just to see if you need to get a +6 or later in case Yoshi is one of those that responds with flair.

Bubbles are OK in a vial.:bighug:

Ok testing pmps now. Thank you!!! :bighug:Wish us luck :nailbiting:

Good luck with the switch! We switched in July - it was a good move as far as bouncing - but didn't really get Luci to where I was hoping she'd be...but that's a work in progress I suppose.

I sure hope Yoshi will like the Lev and have some better numbers for you :)

Could you put a blank line in your spreadsheet, separating last shot of Lantus and starting Levemir? Then put something like "start Levemir" on the blank line. Thanks. Looks like he's taking it easy this first night.

I can’t try to do a variation of that. I’m not very spreadsheet savvy
