Yesterday's Condo

It's a quiet, gray morning here. Gabby decided that I really needed a cat on my chest this morning. She climbed up, settled herself down, and turned on her motor. I think it was hard for both of us to get up this morning. Gizmo has spent part of the morning running up and down the hallway.

Ohhh, the Cats Against LIteracy Campaign (CALC) in action! Mainly, their strategies include sitting on keyboards while you're trying to type, hiding the mouse under their tushy, or laying on any visible magazine, newspaper, etc. However, the most sneaky trick of all is making sure you just don't get out of bed at all! :-D

Hope you enjoyed the morning snugs! It's grey and dreary here too, with 4-6 inches of snow on the way! Not sure how I feel about that!

Love hearing about how different Gabby and Gizmo are. I wish I had an ounce of Gizmo's energy. Think of all the things I could accomplish in a day ohmygod_smile

Good morning! I just love it when kitties come to us in the morning and just want some cuddle time .. I see that gabby has already decided to have enough of the yellow floor and is making a short stop on the blue floor before she surfs on the green floor .. right gabby? Have a great day guys!

SWEET! Love the morning campaign to keep the bean in bed.... maybe they could come to Washington and show my troops how to do that. Mine will sit on the bed and holler until I get my rear end moving... :lol: cuddles? not when they think they are starving, and I am being negligent in my duties.

The sun decided to make an appearance, but it will be brief. We're expecting some of the same storm that will be effecting Christie in Kansas City. Ugh!

Gabby spend about 2 hours on the blue floor before exiting to green. I've got to leave in a little while for a dental appt. I'll stop back home before heading off to tbp so I'm hoping Gabby will decide to surf the way she has been the last few days.

Karrie - I wish I had the energy to keep up with Gizmo, let alone have his energy.

morning snuggles are great, Gizmo sure is energetic.

Hope Gabby surfs while you're at the dentist. Have a good appointment

There were two hungry kitties waiting at the door when I got home. Gabby positioned herself under the dining room table while dinner was being prepared. She ate and then settled herself on top of a toy that had lots of feathers. She was busily headbutting the feathers. Silly girl.

Gizmo only wanted interactive play. He brought me a spring and we had a lovely game of fetch and yes, he does bring the spring back. He's been singing and chirping and basically being adorable.

Both kitties are now intently cleaning up after their first course of dinner and all of their activity.

Sounds like a great day all around (with the possible exception of the dental). I love the way Gizmo plays and plays. Rusty does, too. Can't get enough of it and is disappointed when I call it quits to go and do something else.

Nice numbers today, Gabby!
