good morning, all!

busy morning here...will have phone workmen in and out. it won't bother the binkster, tho...he'll just don his little toolbelt and lend a helping paw.

he and i had a chat about missing the dogsled races...he didnt really want to attend anyway. he's pointed it out on the forum before, but it bears repeating...
he's not a fan, because they never let him be the lead dog...and as we all know...
"If you're not the lead sled dog, the view is always the same!" :lol:

keeping an eye on him...but will have to check condos later...as I'm going to have to venture into the rooms where all my sister's stuff is stored (ALL that stuff!) to provide access....or this house will end up featured on the show 'Hoarders'... I tend to be a minimalist...she, unfortunately, was quite the opposite. :YMSIGH:

Good number for Binks this morning, he'll be hitting greens!

You never know he might call A&E on you for an upcoming episode :) I can't watch that show though ugh. Gets my stomach butterflies flying to see such chaos.

OT: Hi Celi, Thanks for the Jane Monheit clip. The Ella Fitzgerald heritage is certainly there, but I wouldn't go so far as to call her a "reincarnation"!! She is very good on her own. (And her tenor man is really good: tenor sax was my instrument in my jazz-playing days).

I have another one for you: Roberta Gambarini. She is simply fabulous. And she can scat, too. (and she does vocal tributes to her favorite jazz instrumentalists, incorporating their styles in the most fascinating way: Dizzy Gillespie, Sonny Stitt, Thelonious Monk, et al. Vocally she is most influenced by Sarah Vaughn, in my opinion.)

Binks is off to a great start.
Good luck clearing your sister's stuff. My parents are hoarders I'm always telling them to clear out their home but they believe you never know when you might need a tv from the 1950's etc.... :lol:

Nice amps for the Binkster today, Celi. Maybe you need to get a tape measure for Binks like Do Lou's. I bet he looks cute in a toolbelt. :lol: Have a wonderful day.

Good Morning, Celi (I think it is still morning in Tuscon! LOL)! Nice start for Binks today. I am totally picturing him walking around in a hard hat and toolbelt... trying to keep the giggles to myself as I'm at work! :)

Good luck with the stuff! My dad is horrible about holding on to stuff. I try to purge every few years so that I can keep things tidy... that's actually one of my projects for this week is getting my spare room in order. Hoping to make it more user friendly for the Wee Dub.

i'm not kidding you...this forum is actually better than any sitcom i've ever watched!

just wanted to clarify...it was mike, marjorie and gracie who had friends involved in the Tucson tragedy...and our thoughts and prayers are still with them...

so i't's almost +2...and i justt got in well enuf to post his pmps...can't get on the board...

they didnt make it to set up the new wi-fi...binks is parading around in his little workman's outfit that he threw together based on funny fighter-pilot cabanabean's pics...and looking for something to fix...i curtailed his "I'll FIX them" plan for the adoptocats...

gonna try my usb adapters...but if can't pick up signal ...wont' be back tonight.

got a notice that our vet is introducing "Yappy Hour" and "Kitten's Klub Hour" at their facility...too funny...

free treats and socializing...
