Yesterday caber 97

Olive sat very nice last night for her subq fluids. Of course when the end we get the hang of it. She will get one more day and then we see how she does without. She is on the cusp of feel good or not feel good day.

I notice she has a couple of feel good days and shows us her pickle making then has a day or day an half of not feeling so good and no pickles and then right back to producing her pickles.

When her PS are in the hundreds she has longer times in the greens. Need to work on getting the PS in the blues. Overall her ss isn't to bad for the New Year. Would like to start seeing less yellow but have to carefully not to push to hard. She now seems to not except change readily but if eased in She doesn't react so strongly. That holds true even for cat box now. I moved her favorite box out of the way to vacuum and forgot to put it back. Well she had a temper tantrum. She is certainly a geriatric set in her ways now.

Got any tricks up your sleeve you could share on how to make that happen? I wish Miss Luci would get out of those PS trees...

So she is demanding to eat. It's off schedule so she knows the rule, you have to be poked to get extra food. She doesn't keep her head still and with the Nova Max meter being soooo slow at zipping blood we waste so many strips. Oh well when used up back to the micro. Oh and her pokey result didn't demand food but she got it anyway.

Making pickles is Paula's really funny way of saying Olive has produced some greens. I think it started back in the summer when Paula was making real pickles from her garden's cucumbers. I think it's a great way to refer to greens!

Yes, the pickles refers to greens. One week I was having a very busy week making pickles and Olive would sit next to me or on my feet thinking I was going to feed her. Wendy told Olive a nice pickle green color would be nice. Well pickles are green. So when Olive popped a green during a pickling day and I posted her number, someone replied "Olive's pickled" and it sorta stuck.

Well we have one blue PS. It's a start.

ETA .Some peeps even added pictures of pickles at times. This was back in mid August. From time to time I even post a pickle pic to keep Olive moving toward them.

Don't say that. I have to get up at 5:30 for work. This will be my last early start for awhile. Friday's will be 12-4 after this. Saturday is still up in the air. I don't have to work this Saturday.
