Happy New Year, Lantus Land!!!

After a bit of New Year's Eve excitement from Miss Trix, we're back to playing the "+2 food spike" game, although today the food spike is a little less dramatic - I hope that means that she's starting to settle back down and we'll see some more consistent greens again. It looks as if using that old pen for a few cycles really did throw her for a bit of a loop!

I'm starting off the new year in the typical fashion: chores - yay!!! I'd better get moving on that to-do list. I'll visit condos as I take breaks throughout the day. I still can't believe it's 2012!

Hi Amy, little Trixie is looking good today and hope she gives you a nice surf so you can get things done. Enjoy the day and treat yourself, too.

Nice low blue, green right around the corner. I'm glad you figured out the old pen connection. Have a satisfying, productive day of chores. I hope your new year is joy filled, Amy.

Hi Amy!! It's so nice to see normal Trixie numbers for her again!! And you're right...it definitely looks like the old pen is the cause of those yellows.

Miss Trixie has a little blue surf going on today. So glad you figured out about the old pen. Kind of frustrating, isn't it?
 
Not loving these numbers. I know she hit green last night, so I've got my patience pants strapped on, but I have a feeling that we're heading towards an increase in the next few days.

Busy day...too much to do, not enough hours, but it was pretty productive. "Shrek" is on now, so I think I need to unwind a bit with that since it IS one of my faves!
 
Flat blue is not a terrible way to spend the day.

Happy New Year Amy!! I hope 2012 is much kinder to you and your fur babies. You deserve a wonderful year. I am very thankful that 2011 was the start of our friendship.

Trix had a lovely blue day. I hope you didn't work too hard.

i just want to know - did you get all the chores done? i spent the day on the computer - talk about not getting anything done. tomorrow the christmas decorations have to come down or i'll start going a little looney!
