I was hoping he was going to be on insulin for just a few doses so not happy about his high numbers. I got him an anit nausea med. cause he's been throwing up clear liquid (no foam) the past few nights. Usually very late, actually early morning like 3 or 4am.
Do you think he should have another fpl test to see where he is at now? He looks 100% better. No more white flakes. Eyes are back to normal, not drinking that much water, good appetite.

hmm, mikey's ss says that you need permission to view it. You might want to look at the "Share" spot and put it so that anyone with the link can see it.

Looks like he's been on antibiotics for 2 weeks now. Is he done with it?

i've heard some people say that their cats will vomit a little like that if their stomach gets empty. you might try giving him a bite of food at the last minute before you go to bed and see if that helps.

personally, i don't think you need to run the test again if his symptoms have improved, unless you just want to.

I *think* I shared it correctly. Let me know.
I think there is just one day left of antibiotic. I missed 2 doses. (:banghead:)
I've heard that too about cats vomiting if their stomachs get too empty. I just assumed it was if they got really empty, my cats have access to food just about all day and I even put food out before I go to bed. They don't really go much more than 5 hours without eating but I guess if they are used to having the food out all the time and then with his insides not feeling well and our schedule all out of whack cause of the holidays I guess that could do it to.

We adopted Mikey a few years ago so I can't take credit for his name, however at the time we got him the majority of my cats names began with "M" so that was one reason he just had to be ours!
