Wow, I guess it must have been the AB making his numbers go up 'cause now that I've stopped the AB, his numbers are back to looking great! Very flat!! Flat is good!

He's still at 2 units (and has been for quite some time). What they say is right - it's definitely harder the 2nd time around.

Here's to a happy 2012. After all the bad (financial) things I've let happen to me in 2011, I am determined to make 2012 better. It's already looking up because I'm getting rid of my house in Albany that's 25 miles (and 40 minutes) from work and am moving to a rental in Salem less than 2 miles from work. My goal to to start viewing the glass as half full!

I like Albany (hey we're even getting a WalMart next month), I just HATE driving I-5 every day to work. :-x

i would hate that crazy commute every day. i hope you'll be happy in salem - at least getting rid of the commute would make me ecstatic, but i don't know how established you feel in albany.
