Good morning and a very Happy New Years!!!!!!
AMPS 115  shooting .1F
So not happy with these pre shot numbers I'm getting. Another dosecrease threat is on the table!
His numbers were better weeks ago; I can only assume that means his pancreas is failing instead of healing:(
Boomer ate all of his fuds last night all by himself.
Today my youngest daughter and her family and my DH's son and his family are coming over for dinner. Ham and scalloped potatoes are on the menu!

Boomer's 2017 SS is requiring to ask permission for access so you'll need to make it sharable with anyone who has access to the link :) Good job on your fuds buddy but please work that juice buddy. Hope you have a great dinner and sounds yummy!

Judy, I would increase too and not sure what it means that he was doing better a few weeks ago. Wondering if it is just syringe inconsistency. Maybe a caliper will help you fine tune the dose to be more consistent. Do you always make sure the zero line is in the right place before filling the syringe?

I've had several syringes where the first few lines are crooked but I just opened a new box a few days ago and so far they have been straight. Not sure what you mean by "zero line in the right place"?

It works now Judy. Sometimes doses go stale and they need that little kick to get back to business. Unfortunately you've been here, done that a few times.
Thanks for testing that out Karen!
And yes this isn't new, we've certainly been up and down the dosing scale before
DH has already decided that it looks like there will be no spring trip for us. I'm a bit more optimistic (but not much). :(

When you push the plunger all the way up with a little pressure on it, the bottom of the plunger should be even with the zero line.

I think y'all will be on your spring trip. Tell DH to keep visualizing it. Boomer's is almost there!

Ok so before I fill it I push the plunger up to make sure it's even? Actually that would help when I have crooked top lines, it would tell me which end of the line to go by!

I am in awe of those of you who are able to dose in 0.1 unit increments sometimes the plunger seems crooked, not the lines.
In any case, this is a day for hope, Judy, so yes, you will get to go on your trip
Happy New Year to you and Boomer

I’d give him six cycles and if he isn’t looking better, I’d go to 0.25u, Judy.

BTW, I figured out how to put more than one year’s tabs on a World SS and have it work beautifully. So if you want 2017 tabs on the 2016 SS, just let me know and I’ll do it for you in a heartbeat.

Hi @Marje and Gracie Happy New Year! :bighug::bighug::bighug:
Yes the "threat" was issued and 6 cycles will be at the end of today so tomorrow will be the increase. Unless he smartens up!
That would be great if you could add the 2017 onto the 2016 SS! Thank you for doing that for me :bighug:

+3 142:eek:
I strongly suspect that Boomer found some leftover ham from dinner. Even though I checked the floor before I allowed him in the area, I could have missed a piece. And at one point after I had gathered the tablecloth etc off the table, I found Boomer sitting on the dining room table (aka the testing table) licking his lips. sigh. Well if he got some it couldn't have been very much.
