Once I figured out the patterns on Levemir, it was much more predictable. It's only been a month, it can take a while before they get used to the new insulin. Plus you really do need to do a bit more testing in the back half of the cycle when you are home, during the days at least. That's when Levemir really does it's job. As evidence by the PS tests that are lower than the last test you did early that cycle. Lots of examples of that on Eddie's spreadsheet.

One odd thing I've noticed (and it just happened again) is that a +6 or +6.5 test will be the same as the +3.
Right now: AM +3 346 (small snack @+3) and now +6.5 346. Kind of hovering effect...
