The world is dark, cool and quiet this morning as I get up and ready for work. The cats are subdued for once just lounging waiting for breakfast. Tray is purring away by his dish. Visit condos later when more of you are up.

I am not usually on this early anymore myself but did not go btb today after shot time and what a wonderful amps for Tray today :mrgreen: and btw my magnesium powder came in and do you have any suggestions on how to take it where it does not taste so horrible?

I buy the lemon raspberry flavoured one, its a bit more drinkable but basically you just have to drink it with hot water. I don't think you can mix it with anything caffenated since caffene increases migraine suffering. But squeeze some lemon into the water to try and kill the taste. Good luck

good grief what happened here? Did Tray go really low at some point? He's purring in his sleep as I pet him so I think he's okay despite these horrible, horrible numbers.
