Absolutely!! +3 is his onset, when the insulin is starting to lower his numbers. The numbers continue down until his nadir (whenever that was), then started back up again towards PMPS. With Levemir, and especially on weekends during the day, it will benefit you to get some tests in the latter half of the cycle to see what he's up to, or rather down to. A lot can happen in 9 hours. However, it would have been more interesting to get some tests in the back half of last night's cycle, given he was headed down at +4 and ended up in the blues. But you just have to grab data when you can.
So, I got a PM +7 and it's 401. Rather than what he's down to, I guess this is the inverse? I can't make sense of his pattern. Or, rather, i don't see a pattern. If he's 401 now @ PM +7 one would not expect him to go lower for AMPS since he's been rising since PMPS??
He could be bouncing now. Ask yourself, what could have caused a bounce? Alternatively, it's New Dose Wonkiness.
It could well be NDW as he's had quite frequent increases...
