Hey! I haven't posted in a long while but we've started to see really good results with Dexter after a follow-up Dental! Unfortunately, tonight we're getting too good of results.
With his PMPS being 80, and consistently dropping all day, my partner reduced him to 1.5U. Two hours in, he had dropped almost 30 points into the 50s. In this situation, we typically only give a 1/4th can LC food. She gave a half can LC food *and* a tablespoon of HC gravy on top. He went to 92 30 minutes later.
I have two questions, but personally, I think I monitor for now for drops and reduce if needed in the AM.
1) When should I feed more, or just monitor, in this case?
2) As of tomorrow morning, should we drop again to 1.25 or less based on his numbers?
