Good morning. I did a 24-hour curve yesterday, testing every 3 hours. While it started high, coming off of what I was told looked like a bounce, it dropped and evened out during the 24 hours. A .25 increase was suggested last night so I increased this morning's dose. Now, we wait.

Soooo...in case anyone is not aware, if you happen to look at the meter upside down and it says 280, and you're still tired from testing all night last night, it looks like 82. I was headed for the gravy and honey, to have it handy and ready my psyche for being awake all night, when I realized it was 280. The good news is that I went to Petsmart earlier this evening, armed with a printed/highlighted copy of the food file. $149 later, and an incredible variety of a wide range of LC foods, I may have found the answer to Millie's appetite issues, other than Mirataz...freeze dried chicken and salmon!! I keep repeating to myself...it's the journey, not the destination, it's the journey, not the destination.
