Gentle is feeling fine. It does look like our insulin is "toasty." We haven't had those greens that usually come with a bounce.
We'll be switching to a new pen tonight.

If the switch to a new pen doesn't do the job, it may be worth a vet visit. These are unusual numbers for Gentle. Things like a dental or some infection that may be brewing could also contribute to high numbers.
