Last week's post
Ivana is back to normal this week, after last week's rise that was (probably) due to new food. My friend who has a kitty and was visiting me that day went home with extra presents for her little Sootie
No real news to report, except that I was away for two nights this week, and both nights Ivana slept where my pillow would have been, and didn't want to leave hubby even to go and eat her midnight snack. I'm sure that wasn't really great for her little pancreas, but apparently she slept right through the night til breakfast.
She was supposed to go to the vet today for a checkup but we had to reschedule due to work rosters changing, and also because our vet has a doppler machine arriving soon so we can *finally* get her blood pressure checked (wasn't working with the regular machine), so vet suggested we just wait until that arrives as there's nothing urgent needed. It will be interesting to see what her blood pressure is, will report back once we have that info plus more labs etc.
And now for some cuteness!!
This one is Ivana looking a little sheepishly cobwebbed after going exploring in the garage (she doesn't normally go out on that side of the house.
And this one is proof of the very first time that Ivana sat on someone's lap who isn't either me, hubby or my dad. Our friends came to visit on Monday and Miss decided that she liked this lap in particular. So darn dainty, my girl
