Miou was in a great mood yesterday. She is a very social kitty and likes to be admired, so when I have visitors she manages to be the center of attention and loves it.
After the visitors left at night, she tried her stunt of inapropriate urination at the usual spot
... but this time I cought her right in the middle of the action, and sternly told her "not there". She stoped imidiatelly and run staight to her box out in the balcony, for the rest of the pee. I made sure to praise her for being in the box.
Knowing she had been a bad girl, she tried all the tricks in the book to show she was sorry, and she has quite an irresistable repertoire consisting of tricks like "look at me I am so cute blinking at you", "come rub my belly", "belly streching to the left and to the right" "head rubbing on mommy" "sit and lift one front paw" and many more.
Of course I could not resist for more that a couple of minutes and as we cuddled I explained that mommy would be a lot less stressed if she stoped peeing in front of the door.
Later when I poked her ear for the pm+2 test she was all purring and sweet. But when I tried to get a +11 this morning she got really upset and kept turning her ears and her head.
I always pet her when trying to poke her ears and this time I went on petting to calm her down, but she thought I was still trying to poke her ear and started getting more irritated so I left her alone.
An hour later when I called her for the AMPS test she came but was grοwling. Τhis time I put her between my knees to do the test and fed her immidiatelly after it
... she was still pissed at me even after she ate and didn't let me pet her.
I am not sure but I have the impression that she gets more pissed when I try to poke her right ear, and usually is ok with the left
I didn't test for a +2 and Miou seems to have forgoten her bad mood ... actually she woke up as I was writting this post and did the "come rub my belly" trick...
I don't know what to do... get a test or leave her alone for now?
