I've been up for an hour and both of us are stil getting used to this East Coast time. I had to wake J.D. up to give him his shot, and after that he went back to bed. To us, 6:00am is stll like 3:00am. I-)

J.D. did eat his 1st breakfast before going back to bed.

Ginger is "full of it" and screaming (like a banshee) for attention (or something :roll: ). She's laying on my suitcase :-D , which she has been doing since we got home yesterday. Yes, I've only unpacked one suitcase so far. Well, at least she's full of energy.

man, i know what you mean about the "coastal hop" makes you feel like a yoyo.

Binks and Homie (GA) hated my traveling schedule from TBP...and i NEVER left a suitcase out that wasnt suddenly packed with 2 Manx boys giving me the pissed-kitty look.

Morning Dyana...hope J.D. and you will get back to feeling normal again with the time change soon...I bet Ginger will not rest until she sees that suitcase put away! She might think you are still going to leave...

Lol, for poor Ginger. She's afraid her mumma is going to leave her again.
Hopefully you and JD will get back to the right time zone physically. I know that has to be a PIA.

J.D. has been laying on the kitchen rug in front of the sink for about 20 or 30 minutes, like he knew. But, I didn't say the word "shrimp" out loud. And I didn't see him on the computer either.

So, I have 4 large shrimp thawing out. I bought a 2 1/2 pound bag of frozen cooked large shrimp, yesterday. I only buy them for J.D. Usually, they last for many many months. Maybe, this one will go faster :mrgreen:

2 shrimps gone, and 2 left. Let's see if he can stay green for 2 more hours!

I am going off the board, because I have put off figuring out my check book from all I spent on vacation and paying bills, for long enough. Then it's to the bank, and hopefully, tonight, I'll be able to post some pictures from our vacation :-D

J.D. got his 3rd shrimp at +8.5 and his 4th and last shrimp at +9.5.

J.D. has been laying on the kitchen rug for the past 3 1/2 hours just waiting for each shrimp. I hope he knows they're all gone now. And, Ginger has been sleeping in J.D.'s carrier. Not that she thinks I'm going to lift it up and take her somewhere, she just always likes sleeping in the carriers. It makes the carriers smell like Ginger when J.D. travels :-D

OT I am such a ditz. I need sleep. I am jet lagged. Or something. I couldn't find a receipt, so I called the credit card company to find out the amount and they said I had a credit balance. Apparently, before I went on vacation, I was in a hurry and paid off a credit card balance to the wrong credit card company ohmygod_smile . I've been working on this mess for 2 hours now, when I could have been outside with my kitties. I'm almost done, then I think I'll take a nice nap.

J.D. certainly looks like he's glad to be home. What pretty numbers. He clearly read about the shrimp treats for green numbers. I really wish Gabby like people food and I could entice her with shrimp for green.

I just gave him his PM shot at +11.5, because my DBF came by and grabbed the HC Greenie treats and was trying to show me the new trick he taught Ginger to do, and I caught him giving them to J.D., too ohmygod_smile. I told him those were bad for J.D. and asked him how many he gave to him. He didn't know, so I'm only guessing he gave him at least 6 to 8 treats.
So, I decided, since J.D.'s onset time is not until close to +4 to give him his shot early. He had eaten the Greenie treats at about +10.75, so they haven't affected his BG that much so far.
If you want to give me noodles, they are welcome. I'm just doing what I thunk was right for J.D. because of his onset time.

Both my kitties are hiding right now, because of additional company. Hopefully, J.D. won't go too high. Stop at yellow or low pink, okay, J.D.? I guess I'll try to get a middle of the night test this evening.

Oh, I forgot the photos. I'm, I'm a little tired, and hope to take my cats outside for a quick walk, and then hit the hay.
I'll work on them tomorrow.. okay? Unless my cat keeps me up tonight :roll: which I doubt he will. I just drank a glass of wine and think I'm going to sleeeeeeeeeeeep well :-D

Sorry, I'll try to load my camera program and post a photo or two tonight, and then I'll do the rest tomorrow.

This camera stuff is NOT easy to figure out. I'll try some more tomorrow.

Nice pics of JD...love the fountain! I also thought that pic of "Ginger" dancing for spot was way cool! Hope you have a great sleep and that JD doesn't go tooooo high from those treats. I'm sending a cyber slap to the DBF! Oh, btw, what was the trick he taught Ginger?
