Some acros have a working pancreas, some don't. When an acrocat (not treated) has a tumour ebb, it's not a fast rate. However, cabergoline in the picture can make things more "exciting". Hence taking a higher reduction point. If cabergoline is really working well, BCS and back to back reductions may be necessary.It's the acro tumor that scares me because I think I read that acrocats have a working pancreas and the tumor can ebb? sometimes.
