A bit late posting today I was busy trying to preserve some of the vegetables and time ran away from me.
Anyway as expected Jerry is on a bounce, hopefully he'll clear this quickly and get back down to business.

Preserving veggies? Oh boy! I have been busy harvesting and drying herbs from my container garden, plus picking as many ripe cherry tomatoes a day as possible. I think our summer season is just about over, and Autumn is fast approaching. Hoping for a warm sunny September so I can get all the goodies out of the garden as possible.

Thank you Lou. Yep I agree fall ia definitely in the air around here. It's a busy time of year here. Peeled and froze in a peck of local peaches, (canned a peck last week) made tomato sauce and made refrigerator pickles.Tomorrow it's time for zucchini bread for the freezer, got SO many zucchini its ridiculous. I'll be grateful for the hard work when the snow flies.

Jerry spent the day lounging at the beach while you did so much work!
Zucchini bread is so good especially homemade!
