09/08 Java AMPS 3 dose incr this am, + a Blue in the house!

Morning All

Its been 3 days since my last post.......................

So, in that time, Java stole bread off the table that id set for some nibbles with the girls when I turned my back to pour wine, annoyed Tom for an evening trying to sleep on the laptop he was working on, purred so loud when I was on a work telecon someone asked what the background noise was when i was speaking, played like a possessed thing as I tried to change the sheets on our bed, climbed over and under me while i was working out, and slept through 3 tests last night. Was aware, just didn't bother to open his eyes. Little lazy bones! I swear this little hairy piggy is prepping us for kids!

His evening numbers have been really nice over the past 3 days, daytime still kinda pink though. Had a nice blue number for possibly 3 hours last night - Tom stayed up later than normal so got a +8 pm test in!

Increased the dose this morning to 3.75 which is a .25U increase as we have seen some nice night time nadirs - and some lower daytime numbers. Come on right dose!!

Great to see that blue! Paws crossed for more of same or even better on this dose.

I notice on your SS that you shot early and a reduced dose yesterday. There are other options that might be better. One is to skip. The other is to do two back to back 18 hour shot cycles. For example, if you shot time is at 7AM, you do the next shot at 1AM (18 hours later), skip the morning, then do the next one at 7PM (18 hours after the last shot). If we are evaluating how a dose is doing, ie. waiting 6 cycles, something like a skip, fur shot, etc. means you have to restart the count. There is more information on this post on Counting Cycles.

It sounds like Java is feeling good and a bit bratty in spite of it all. Bummer on the bread. :roll: :lol:
