Yesterday's Condo

My good boy, just woke me up from a nap, 2 minutes before my PMPS alarm went off. I had set the air conditioner on real low, so if we lost power in the storm, hopefully, I could keep the house cool tonight. And, right before the storm started, I had brought the kitties inside, and J.D. had gone right down to the basement (just like you're supposed to do, don't you know, if tornados are around).

Here is his day, today:
294 AMPS
362+3 (TOR)
104 +7
120 +7.5
154 +9.5

I also gave him some more cypro this morning, and he ate 4 Breffises. Normally, he gets 3.
Yesterday morning before I left for work, I had given him some cypro, and he ate 1/4 can (normal portion) at AMPS, 1/4 can at +7.25, 1/4 can 10 minutes after that, and was chowing down on the 1 can of semi frozen FF that I had left out for them (him and Ginger) when I walked out the door at +1.75. He also ate pretty good last night.

Today, I started the Denamarin. He is supposed to fast for 1 hour before he gets it. I could give it to him at when I get home from work at PMPS because his onset on Levemir isn't until +4, he doesn't need to eat right at shot time, but I go to bed so early (usually by +2.5 to +3), I figured I better get up an extra hour early at +11, and give it to him then.

I also gave him some Lactulose today, as he kept getting into the litter box, and seemed to want to poo, but was only able to give me one small prezzie.

I'm going back out to be with the kitties. I just let them back outside, as the storm seems to have passed, and our "Severe thunder storm alert until 10:00pm" seems to gave been dismissed or something?

Nice blues for JD today. Loved his story on how he got his name Jamie Dyana!!

Glad you, JD, and Ginger could get out after the storm.

I also have to get up early to give Gracie her Denamarin. I usually get up at +10 because there is no way to drag myself up at +11 for the pill and then +11.5 to get the morning routine started around the house

Seems to be several hungrier kitties this morning for breakfast.

Sleeping in cooler/colder temperatures is always so wonderful. Good kitty snuggles and soft quilts.
And if there 's thunder in the background, even better.
Wish I could still hear the rain on the roof. I miss that when sleeping now.

Enjoy your lull in the storms.
Happy Caturday!
