Bouncing sure is frustrating, isn't it Sue??

China used to bounce to the moon after getting a really low number or dropping too fast, but now that we've been at this for over 2 years, she hardly ever bounces and if she does, it's usually only to about 150-200

Hopefully Frankie's liver will relearn that those normal numbers aren't "Too low" and stop setting those pesky bounces off in the first place, or if he MUST start the bouncing, at least allow them to clear quicker!

Max bounced all of his first year. Now it happens with low 40's or under 40 and rarely into high yellow. Some that bounced high which Max rarely did ended going into remission. Frustrating when it happens I know.

Bounce clearing quickly at least. He may bounce tonight and I can get some sleep!!! :)

Sue

Sorry to see Frankie hitting those high numbers like that. Either that is a REALLY big bounce or there is something else going on. Just to toss some ideas out...Have you changed his food in any way// Is there any chance of an infection such as UTI?

I rechecked but not with a backup meter as I don't have one. No food changes have been made. I don't think it's a UTI as he was in the yellows this afternoon and blues last night. He has always been a bouncy cat. I think because he came down by two thirds in 6 hours this morning, that is what is causing it, but I will keep an eye on things.

Yes, he is acting like he usually does, no sign of illness. I have started threatening a dose increase at the weekend if he doesn't buck his ideas up.

I hope the threat works. Come on down. The air is better and blue is a great color. Heck even yellow will do!
