Morning!!

Mowgli has been bouncing and it looks like it is thanks to his drastic drops at the beginning of the cycle. This morning I set out some friskies to see if it will help slow him down.

The leaves are starting to change here already. Like I said before: I love fall, but I’m not ready for summer to end.

I thought as a Wednesday treat I would include a couple pics of my kitty babies being soft cuties:

Actually I might be in your shoes if my autumn wasn’t so short. The end of summer here is very much a quick jump through autumn hard into the winter!

Mowgli definitely lives the life. So snuggled in there. I also want his life lol

Just about anywhere north of me (I'm in TX) sounds better! We are finally down into the 90s!
I love snuggle weather.
How do you think this dose is working? The higher numbers surprise me.

I think it’s working. I’m pretty sure that the drop from pink to blue last night caused those high numbers this morning. Mowgli needs a steady drop for good pre shot numbers.

I don't want summer to end either!!! My flowers are starting to die and the leave are turning. Geese are starting to fly. I have a feeling we are in for another early winter this year.

Hope Mowg clears this bounce soon for you.

OMG Tracey, I know... I am DREADING IT! I felt like last winter was a little punishing honestly and I'm not ready for it again.

The birds are flying south here too :eek::nailbiting:
 
We used to have 2 beautiful months of autumn, but now it's very short ! We almost go from summer to winter also!

the maples here are starting to turn, amazing to see a tree with every color from green through gold to scarlet to magenta .. you can see where the sun hits it, where the breeze is blowing, where the temperatures dropped overnight ... one at the senior center is particularly striking, I'll see if I can get a picture

the vine maples may be turning red soon too, haven't noticed them yet

so Mowgli is giving that trampoline a good workout, he'll ease off soon and come down to play with the rest --

I LOVE maples! I'm originally from the east coast and my mothers family comes from a long line of foresters ... we make maple syrup every spring, its such a fun family event :) Now that I live out west I don't get to join in anymore but I loved it when I could.

I would LOVE a pic of the maples.. to remind me of home, they are so striking, I agree :)

I was hoping for a nice long warm autumn but I don't think so.

We had snow on Sept 15th last year....knock on wood that it will stay away until after Halloween.

I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking last years winter was brutal... our summer wasnt great up here either... so. much. rain! Fort Mac Autumn never lasts much longer than 2 months... I want more!!
 
We are all over the map. Those of us where it is constantly hot want the cold and the others that live where it's cold want the hot. We are never happy and want something else which I guess is human nature. Won't it be fun to swap homes for awhile:)​

I hit reply to the first persons message and then write my reply under that quote and then I click reply on the next person's message I want to reply to and write my response to their quote,... on and on until I'm ready to post my reply
