With TR you can shoot the full if over 50. It was definitely safe at 101. Shooting 1.0 will likely still give a active cycle for this one. I see you are custom dosing though. Does that mean you are taking a reduction? With TR reductions are under 50 or a week in almost all green.

Wasn't sure how to update title except to add the 1u part. Ginny's been getting 1.25, so I thought that giving her 1u was the best I could do given the shape of advice I've had in the past, her numbers going up after the meal, and the history of DKA (due to which, several people have warned me not to skip shots) and it was getting to the end of the hour. Rest assured I've told work I won't be in until this is resolved, so I'm watching her closely and will test often.

Should I give Ginny the .25 or leave it alone now? Glad to hear it was safe to dose her. It felt risky to do but also risky not to. I'd rather go with the normal TR protocols, but I realised that I upped her dose last time without a proper look at her nadir so maybe she should never have been on 1.25 - I upped it because I didn't like all the pinks cropping up. So, given this information, and assuming her numbers are fine tonight, should I give her 1 or 1.25 next cycle?

Okay so now that Ginny is over 150 and she's been given a full dose in the past on a similar number to this, I'm confident she will be fine today. I'll try and check back in around 3 to 4 hours on my lunch break, but in the meantime, I have to head to work, and wanted to let you guys know so you don't worry about the lack of updates in the interim. Thanks for the help.
 
TR. I only wrote custom because I don't fully understand the TR protocol just yet, but I think I've been following it to the best of my ability/according to advice given on the FDMBs
 
Okay. That’s good. It will make it easier to advise you. Post daily and ask for advise before raising or lowering the dose if not sure. Someone is almost always around. If you don’t have questions or anything to say, just post the amps and the link to,the previous condo. Add TR to your signature and spreadsheet. Shoot 1.25.
