08/28 Moonie AMPS 124; PMPS +1.5 143

[Barbara and tuffy]

Ronnie just called. They evacuated to Connecticut and they lost power there at 2:30 a.m. Still do not have power. She said Moonie is being a devil. She is running around and will not let Roni catch her for her PMPS. Roni said it is hard to believe she has neuropathy - she is walking fine. They hope to go home tomorrow. If she gets a PMPS she will call back and I will post for her.

Oh Moonie little stinker girl!!! Looks like she had a great day in spite of the stress. I wondered when they evacuated to CT if things were going to be ok there.

Pls tell her we're glad they are all ok and miss them. THanks for keeping us posted!

Get the feeling that the "neuropathy" may come back when the family is back home? What a clever kitty!!

Moonie! It's OK , you get to go home tomorrow. How close do they live to the ocean? Any word on what things are like there?

Barbara - thanks for posting this. Looks like Moonie is having great cycles, despite the anxiety. Must be as Ann said: the power of adrenaline! :lol: I am glad thatthey get to go home tomorrow. I do so hope all is well there. Don't they live like within 5 blocks or so of the ocean? Travel safe guys!

Roni just called. She said Moonie is still being a little stinker. She gets under the dining room table and waks from chair to chair then she runs and lays by the door. They still have no power in Connecticut. Told it could take 2-5 days. They are going home tomorrow morning. She said the bay and ocean met near her house and she does not know if they have power there or not but she wants to get home. If I hear anymore, I'll update.

Thanks for the update Barbara, so nice of you, as we were all so worried. Well, that little rascal Moonie. This sounds like a big outing for her. Glad Roni & DH and Moonie are going home tomorrow.
