Hello.

I am wondering what happened back on the 17th with your low numbers.
You didn't take a dose reduction and then you also didn't keep checking those other possible days where you might have had lows.
I am suspicious that you might have activity in those unknown areas. ( spikes on 24th and 25th could have had some lows preceding)
I want a few eyes to come see what they think.

Hey, Pat.

Rhiannon's note has me scrutinizing Gentle's SS. I wonder if you have the dose reduction after the 30 during the PM on 8/18 on the wrong day/cycle. Wouldn't you have decreased on the AM of 8/19?

I do think it's possible that Gentle is seeing lower numbers at night and bouncing into uncharacteristic pink numbers in the AM. I really want to encourage you to get some additional spot checks, especially at night for safety's sake.

Just got a note from Rhiannon (Thanks, Rhiannon) to have a look at your SS. Like Sienne, I'm anxious for you to collect some more PM-cycle data, if you can. Gentle might be able to make more progress if we all had a better idea of what he's getting up to (or, as it may be, *down* to :mrgreen at night.

Is there a chance you could do a few night-cycle checks?

Gentle is in his 7th year on insulin.... and his 3rd year in the tightly regulated program. We have felt he recently has had some low numbers and some bouncing in the PM. Our work/home schedule has made it difficult to get some late PM numbers. We will try !
