Good morning,

Will be switching to Levemir on Sunday. Increased his Lantus from 15.5 to 16u as a response to high numbers and in preparation for the switch to Levemir at 70% of current dose, which will be 11u and monitoring.

In other good news: Max is coming home! Talked to vet this morning at 7:00 am and he is eating again and is doing well.
