Wishing you a good morning with Furball............how is the flea meds working? My guys never had them so not sure how long it takes to rid them. Can't you just use the vacuum, haha!
 
Still fighting the fleas. Everything I've tried only works somewhat. Nothing is getting rid of them completely. I have some Frontline Plus coming that I'm planning to try this weekend. Vacuuming helps, but doesn't get rid of them completely.

Re the topical: possibly give them each a good bath or at least a wet down and comb out to remove as much of the flea detritus from their coats and skin as possible before applying the next topical?

Good luck in the war on fleas, I know what you are going through! The last time I had to deal with fleas (which was years ago, thankfully - knock on wood!) I realized we were bringing them in from outside on our clothing. I had to treat my yard and all around the outside of my house, even though my cats didn't go outside. Fleas are miserable, I used to absolutely dread flea season, every year. I tried every remedy known to man. The one that finally worked for me was Revolution; it was more expensive, but it got rid of all the fleas and none of my cats had a reaction to it (one of my civvies had had a bad reaction to Advantage or Frontline, don't remember which one).
 
@Squalliesmom Thanks. I am trying Frontline Plus because someone else recommended it and it was one of the choices 1800PetMeds gave me as a replacement for the Advantage II that didn't work. Revolution was not an option.
