AMPS=180, +2=189(?), +4=124

Hubby TFS this morning. At the +2 he thought he smelled insulin - I have no idea. Not sure if the +2 test was a wrong number/bad test. Then the +4 is higher so I guess it could have been and the depot is at work?

He is bummed, I am bummed. Gizmo could care less - lol. Currently sitting by his food bowl waiting on his +4.5 snack.

I hope some insulin got in. There have been times I've thought I gave a fur shot because I smelled insulin and then Furball gave me good numbers. I think sometimes the smell is from leftover insulin that drips off the end of the syringe. If it was a fur shot, Gizmo will get back on track. They happen. :bighug::bighug:

IDK. He is a bit higher but I think he is bouncing from the lows last night. I wish hubby had rechecked the +2. I couldn't smell insulin.

Hubby doesn't have nearly as much experience with shooting and testing (and he stresses about it). I think moving forward I will get up and test/feed/shoot and go back to bed and then hubby has to get up to catch the +2. I think that would be a good compromise. Heck, it could have been me that gave the FS (if it was one). It happens. Will just have to wait and see. But today he gets a pokey break.

Good morning! :) It just seems to happen when I am on a good roll. Which is so frustrating.

How is Bronx doin? Are you in the complete eclipse path? I think it will be cloudy here - 40% chance of rain. :( We are at 66% coverage here. But still cool.

Good morning Lizzie :) Bronx is doing ok but wish his #s were a little better, kinda stuck in the yellows lately. He never lays in one place too long, something is bothering him but I have no idea what it is.

I am north of the total eclipse but too late to order those special glasses, they say sunglasses don't cut it. No clouds here tomorrow so it should be interesting.
