I don't know why he's insisting on going up to these high numbers. Since it's onset time at +4, hopefully, the Levemir can work with this 312 and bring it down. Where are those liver calming pills..

J.D. was snuggily and purry all night. He has just finished his 3rd Breffis, spent some time out on the deck (it's nice and cool here but supposed to reach 80 and rain), and he has just gone down into the basement for a catnap.

ohmygod_smile What is this with the red floor? Shadow jumped up there ysterday too....and the day before as well. Are they giving something away up there??? Come on J.D.....bring those numbers down!

I received an email back from Feline's Pride and that 10 pounds of food was the "sample". Whew! I portioned out one of the four 2.5lb. containers and the other three are not portioned out and are now frozen solid. She said the trick is to keep the food under 40 degrees to make sure there are still ice chrystals present and I should be able to portion them out and refreeze them then.
She said to be careful when cooking it (as J.D. wouldn't eat it when raw, but did after I cooked it) as the bones will become brittle and the food may take on the consistancy of sand paper?

I guess I'll take them out of the freezer and try to get them portioned out :roll:

I don't understand the fascination with those upper floors, but glad to see J.D. is coming down!

I'm pretty far behind on news, so guess I'll have to go back through to understand what you were talking about with Feline's Pride.

Good to see JD has eased down from the red zone. I'm not familiar with Feline Pride food, trying to imagine food the consistency of sandpaper, hmmm... Jasper loves licking emery boards and our sandstone coasters, he might like enjoy sandpaper food. Have a great rest of the day!

my guys lik4e emery boards also. wish they could learn to do their own nails though
 
Looks like JD is playing with Ella on the red floor! I keep sending the elevator up but I guess she likes the view! Here's hoping JD hops on and comes down for you tonight.
