08/20 Grandpa AMPS 441 to 112 +5; 88 +8; 252 +11. Vomited fluid.

Not a good Grandpa day so far. I've been hoping for lower numbers, but I didn't want them to come after he vomited (small amount of liquid) and little interest in food.

I finally got him to eat some Crave with a freeze-dried chicken heart cut up as a topper. Keeping a close eye on him now.

He overate last night. I had opened a couple cans of wet food and poured a small bowl of Dr Elsey's dry in my bedroom to try to entice a very shy kitty out from under my bed. Luckily everything was low carb since that's all I had at hand, but Grandpa discovered it and saw it as a bonanza.

He ate breakfast, but drank quite a bit of water this morning according to my roommate. I sure hope his stomach is just a little upset from his feast last night. The 300 drop in BG has me stumped, though.

Worth trying. I have some but it's a blend with other herbs. I'll look for some pure SEB nearby

Ha! I needed that laugh! Our local Vitamin Shop has it so I'll go grab some. I tested ketones and he's good there at least. Thanks!

Me too!!! It's back to 252. He is back to following me from room to room. Seems to beg for food but doesn't eat yet. Now that he's more stable I can go out for SEB.

Now to get set up for Blackie to come home after four nights in hospital after dental. Yikes !

The vitamin store had 400 mg capsules. How do you dose your kitties? What i had before was a slimy gel that i put on my finger and put in the cat's mouth.

I buy it bulk loose but when I had capsules I emptied enough of them to fill a 1/8 teaspoon . I mix with a bit of water and for my bunch I have to syringe so it has to be a bit thinner in consistency . Sending many vines and prayers that sweet Grandpa’s tummy settles down and many hugs to you, Beck ....you are one amazing momma bean

Grandpa is a naughty feast eating sphinx but I do hope this is a case of the bloats which lessens soon.

With SEB, I gave Ty 1/8th a teaspoon sprinkled into his food . Recently I have been considering this for me.
