Good morning, everyone,

It was a rollercoaster night --- my fault, due to misreading instructions and increasing insulin by 0.5 (vs 0.25). Now we are starting the day at 334, which is lower than +6.5. She had meals at +5, +9, and just now. Supposed to go hiking at +2.5 but will test at +1 and +2 and cancel if still dropping.

Some people have to learn the hard way ...

You didn’t do any harm last night and that’s not likely why the high numbers. Good luck with the increase and don’t be so hard on yourself!
