Hi Cindy

I’m sorry getting here so late. Tansi has had ten cycles at this dose and he’s looking ok but he’s got room for an increase. He’s got a nice curve with a food spike at +1. That’s great. However, I would suggest you try 0.75u every 12 hours. You’ll want to monitor as you have been as he might not need the extra insulin for long.
