Has Furball been given Convenia before? We generally discourage Convenia for two reasons. The first is that it is for skin infections and using it for anything else, it doesn't have any research to support those uses. The larger concern is that if your cat has a reaction to the antibiotic, it's a 2-week shot. Once it's in, you have to wait 2 weeks for the effects to dissipate. Vets like it because you don't have to give a pill.
You may want to give Furball some baby food until you know her stomach has settled down. It's easy on the stomach. You want a brand that is only a protein and broth (e.g., Beechnut or Gerber Stage 2). No onions or veggies.
I've generally used Pepsid when Gabby's stomach is upset. You may want to discuss that with your vet. It's something you an get at any drugstore and doesn't require a trip to the vet.
