Seems like she is proving you correct right now :/ Ah well... I'll just wait a couple of weeks and then go see the vet.
 
I’d try a drop dose. It’s easy to measure. Just push the plunger all the way in and hold it as you put it into your vial or pen. Then release it. The syringe will draw up a drop. When you inject count to ten before you remove from your cat if possible. Her numbers are rising Don’t wait too long.
 
I see that 80-120 mg/dL is the normal range and it can go a bit higher than that, so it doesn't seem that bad at the moment. I won't give her insulin until talking to the vet, and I'd like to see what her values do for a couple of weeks so that I have some data for the vet. Can't be that much harm, can it?
 
If you see the numbers going up much more I would try a drop only because it will require more insulin most likely. She’s fine for now.
