J.D. was up and walking around when I got home and happily ate some HC (almost CBC
). He seems to prefer the food heaped, as he likes to take huge mouthfuls, and doesn't seem to like licking up the food if it's all flattened out on the plate.
I let him out on the balcony, and I went out the front door to get a box of IAMS Maximum Calorie that had been delivered, and he had gone through the iron railing and was ready to take himself for a walk.
I picked him up as I usually do, these days, and I carried him to the end of the courtyard, and put him down, and he walked back to the condo. When he came inside, he ate a few bites of spoonfed LC FF Cod, Sole, & Shrimp.
And then, he acted like he had a tummy ache. He is sleeping now on the couch (I am envious, I would like to sleep). I'll try to give him little bits of food every hour or so, as I have a feeling that large amounts of food (like I was syringing every morning to him, before going to work :roll: ) is maybe too much for his tummy. ?
He got a drop of R tonight with his Levemir.
