Not sure what's going on right now. All I know is that she's not nearly as food driven as before I began increasing her food, and just 1/2 hour ago, she looked at it, maybe licked a few licks, and then walked away. Could it be that the diabetes is finally being managed somehow? I don't know. Right now, I'm stumped with trying to find the answers.

MY WISH: For God to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For God to help those ailing make a full and speedy recovery... For everyone to have great #s... For everyone to be OTJ.​

Nice blues for Blackie. No idea on the food question. That is very unlike her though. Have a great day Angela!

I think the kitties turn up their nose at food every once in a while just to show who's boss :lol: Papaya is usually a vaccuum cleaner but every once in a while she'll decide she's done with a certain flavour for a while, but will happily eat something she snubbed last week. Which is why I seem to have four or five open cans of catfood in the fridge.

Sometimes with her it's also if she's a bit constipated, though.

At any rate Blackie is looking good in those blues! Have a great day!

Hi guys .. Hmmm, no advice from me .. maybe it is just one of those days she doesn't feel like eating much? Mocha has them too, unless we personally hand deliver the food bowl to her .. which then she eats all she can .. crazy cats .. have a great day guys!

I've noticed recently when Furball gets in good numbers she doesn't eat as much as I think she will. It seems her body is dealing with the food better and she's not starving.

Morning Angela, interesting on the food issue with Blackie. She is doing amazing under your care and a very lucky kitty.

I wanted to thank you for your words of comfort to me in Maggie's at the Bridge condo. Your message and others have really helped me get thru these early days. Hugs to you and Blackie.
