Wow, that 118 really blind-sided me, I was not expecting that! He seems happy, though, but his appy is a bit off today.

Thanks, Madrona! Yes, he's already dropped to 54 just four hours into the cycle. I don't know why he has such big drops with Lantus, I thought that wasn't supposed to happen.
