Hi Kimmy. I don’t think that increasing to 1.1 is going to do much.
I used to go up in 1/4 unit increments when using the syringes and did I not have 1/2 unit markings. I used a magnifying glass and a good light and mentally divided the space between the 1 unit and the 2 units into 4..then I draw the dose up to the first 1/4 mark that I had worked out and that was 1.25 units. As long as you are consistent with drawing it up to the same spot you will be fine.
