Just checked him again and it was 371. Should we start him on insulin tonight?

Yes. I would start tonight. The question is what dose. How much does he weigh now? I’m thinking 1.0. @Wendy&Neko @Bron and Sheba (GA)

I think around 14-15 LBS. I've added his old SS to my signature if that helps.

His breakthrough dose last time was 1.75 units. We often see them have to go that higher or a bit higher. 1.0 units is a good place to start, but I'd be quick to increase once the depot is built if you aren't seeing good numbers.
