Update on Lilly:
After reaching 3.5u Lilly seemed to suddenly respond well to that dosage, he PMPS last night was 391 (didn’t test after that bcz I passed out)
This morning her AMPS was 294. I only gave her 3 since she hasn’t been in 200s in few months.
So I’m monitoring more frequently today to understand how the insulin is working, seems that she went up to 375 at 3h, then dropped back to 297 at 5h (assuming that’s when the AM shot started kicking in) then down 159 at 7h (first time ever!!!!).
I’m going to test again at 9h then PMPS. If the PMPS is low I’m afraid to give her full 3u, I’ll keep in touch!
