I went beyond the normal 6 cycles with this 2.25 dose after the PJ party night before last. Do I increase again? If so, I plan on doing tonight, and by how much? Another .25? I am still giving him 1 puff a day of the inhaled Flovent, appy is good, everything else in place.

I think I would wait on the dose increase, but let's see if anyone else has an opinion, too. He just got the those greens and he could be bouncing for a bit. Let's see how his numbers go today and what his PMPS is.

Thanks, Dyana. I was thinking that too. I read it takes about 72 hours for a bounce to clear, so it's best to wait to see what this dose is going to do.

Hoping to get home at lunch and get a +5 or +6

I'd see what this cycle looks like. I agree that it can take several cycles for a bounce to clear but the last few cycles look a lot like those cycles before the greens.

His +11 is 327 and I don't imagine his PMPS will be much different. Should I plan on going up .25 to 2.75 for his PM shot?

I stuck with 2.25. I'm going to test in +3, which I normally don't, but don't have any data there.

I can start the 2.75 in AM if it's recommended.

I was going to say go ahead with the dose increase as long as you will be home to monitor him this weekend.
He did just go down 40 points. How about another test in 30? If his PMPS is due now, you can always make up the 30 minutes this weekend, can't you? What do you think?

We must have cross posted..I will start in AM with 2.50..not 2.75..ugh...

He's at 2.25 now, so 2.50 in AM. He did drop a bit more than usual, so I think I will test in +2 instead of +3

If you decide to increase in the morning, I would only go up by 0.25 units to 2.50.
